BEETROOT MARMALDE

 
 
 

 
Beetroot cooling in cold water after beaning  boiled  now it only me that can eat the beetroot as David is allergic to it so today I made my self two jars of beetroot marmalade  to go on my salads an cold meats


So while have a coffee I thought I would make myself some beetroot jam/marmalade
 I had a LB of beetroot so I needed a IB of sugar  a bit of lemon juice and 3/4 of a pint of water .
put some jars into the oven to heat up so they would be ready for the Beetroot Jam /Marmalade
