My basic recipe is as follows
4 eggs
8oz of butter
8oz of castor sugar
8oz of self-raising or plain flour
And I added 3 big heap table spoons of sweet mincemeat like
you have in your pies at Christmas
Cook for 25 minutes on the middle self of Oven mine is a fan
assisted one 160 f
